Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flag 1571 Details *Pond Flag 1571: *This pond is maintained four times per year and was last maintained in January. It is on the schedule for maintenance in May and again in July.  A previous service request was made for this pond about a week or two ago and I contacted the contractor who is responsible for the maintenance to let them know about the service request so they could prioritize this pond accordingly.  I will contact them again and let them know there has been a second service request.   Of note, the vegetation that is up along the sidewalk should be maintained by the Home Owners Association.  The contractor will mow it when they visit four times per year but, since there is Johnson grass growing in this asset, it would be beneficial for the Home Owners Association to take responsibility for keeping the sidewalk area maintained in between the contractor's visits.  .
