Job Completed - Close SR. Job#2948 MC with VIO, who also happens to be deaf. Any APO contacting VIO should do so by email, text, or in person. I was able to ID owner, and dog. I was able to get a good look at bite dog, and he appeared to be in good health at Qin. VIO does not have any transportation until 5/23/25, and is asking an APO to stop by in the late afternoon in order to give her time to get to the vet before we confirm that she went. Gave vet letter, and ED on what a RQ entails.
