Bicycle Issues

Description: The City just removed all "No parking" signs along one side of Vista Parke Dr. I believe that the bicycle lane should be reinstated and enforced as such. The sidewalk does not extend beyond the Heights at Vista Parke community and there is no access ramp for bicycles to access the sidewalk forcing bicycles directly in front of an Elementary School out into high speed traffic to get around parked cars. Visibility is poor when exiting the community due to parked vehicles.
