Description

Neighbours in apartment 1317 are playing very loud music on their patio and are yelling and arguing from their patio. Unable to sleep. to reach building 13, make a left at the gate and it will be the first building on the left. go through the hallway completely and make a right. 1317 is on the right of that hallway.
