- My telephone can't call 211/311/911 local. connect automatically to another Country. We are not from Austin. The hospital south at David's a nurse by the name Amber neglectfully careless didn't contact family or caregiver after claiming she was going to. This kid is hungry/ dirty/ no proper clothing for the weather on the area of St davidss south in Austin. We can pick up at the hospital. He need daily meds. We fear gonna find him dead/ hurt or jail.
