Description

There is a husky locked in a crate out on the patio of an apartment at Bexley Anderson Mill, 8601 Anderson Mill Rd. The emergency maintenance team said to report it here as well. It's apartment 333 I believe. 3rd floor of building 3 on the lower side of numbers stair case.
