- Dangerous situation for bike traffic from removal of southbound signal at 4th and Red River. When bicycles travel south on Red River in the new bike lane, it is to take a left at 4th into the bicycle lane leading under I35. When reaching the intersection at 4th and Red River, there is no signal light southbound, yet there is car traffic heading northbound. Bicycles do not know the state of the light and, further, are completely unable to see oncoming cars due to the opaque construction fence.
