Description
Trees, shrubs and other plants blocking the sidewalk forcing those of using wheelchairs and walkers into the street where there aren't even any ramps, just curbs and gutters. Along Shady Ln from Airport through 1143 Shady Ln. Very high danger of being hit by vehicles. 😱 Called in to 311 over three weeks ago.
