- Description
- There is an invasive vine (mustang grape) growing on a city-owned tree (Texas live oak) that is extending into my private property and threatening the health of the tree. Every summer the vines grow thicker and heavier, posing a threat that the tree could be killed or even fall into one or more homes. May I have the vine removed, or may I myself trim the vine at its base (which is on city property on Rutledge Spur)?
