Contacted - Provided Information - Close SR. I called the caller and explained that the permit number that was given was incorrect and after a property search in Amanda I provided the caller with the correct expired permit number to re-activate. I walked the customer through to the Building and Trade Contractor services team to complete the webform and to schedule an appointment if he needed further assistance.
