Pedestrian Crossing New/Modify

Description

Traffice mitigation island was installed. It doesnt seem any neighbors were consulted. Whats confusing is there were ALREADY 2 traffic islands at crosswalks/intersections about 150 feet on each side. This one is not and a crossing to nowhere, doesnt make sense, and isnt ADA compliant. Why? Can someone provide detail as to WHO asked for this? No one near this installation asked for it.
