Description

already trying to work with the city to get this sorted out, but documenting because owners will leave it on sporadically, on irregular dates, making inspection difficult. crash champions leaves equipment on overnight right next to apartment complexes either overnight past 10:30 pm (july 14th) or early as 5:40 in the morning (july 11, july 14, probably july 15 at this rate). sound is a loud hiss, like that of an air compressor, every 10 mins. the audio equivalent of water torture trying to sleep
