Traffic Signal - Modification

Description

The traffic light between I-35S frontage rd and river street is still active- even though the intersection was cancelled for the duration of the construction. It causes people to stand in a red light despite no crossing traffic, which doesn’t make much sense. Can this be cancelled, and/or replaced with a stop sign?
