Description

We are experiencing significant creek bank erosion caused by stormwater discharge from a city storm drain outfall on our rear easement. The storm drain is a 4’ underground pipe that discharges into the dry creek bed between EdgeRock Dr and Rockpoint Dr, exiting halfway through our property. Since the recent long-cell microburst storm, we have lost a large tree (which acted as a natural erosion barrier), and erosion has worsened dramatically. Large amounts of soil are washing away with every rain
