- I was just walking about to be attack for no reason by a huge dog while walking with my baby on hands... This isn't an of leash park. Stop this The swings are not for the dogs. The swings are for the kids. Hiking trails are of leash/ not this area. I'm gonna bring this issue with other hundreds of ppl to social media and sue the city of Austin. By the way we have complain in this neighborhood several times about the woman who wait daily by the restrooms to have sex. The losers from RVs.
