- I want to report a Nuisance case with the neighbor upstairs (Apartment 622) that makes abnormal, heavy and annoying noises after calm hours daily. This has been disturbing the enjoyment of our apartment for almost 6 months now (when they move in). They verbally abuse my girlfriend when she kindly asked them to stop. Noises are mainly from stomping, moving/sliding heavy furniture and unrecognizable devices.
