Evaluated/Addressed Issue - Close SR. Thank you for contacting 311. Unfortunately, vehicles parked in the bike lane on Duval are an enforcement issue rather than a design issue. In the future, please submit a Parking Violation Enforcement request on the 311 app and select "Bike Lane" for type of violation. Looking at the most recent street view of this portion of Duval also shows a No Parking sign at Duval and 49th on the east side of the street. If this signage has been removed or is damaged, please submit this concern to 311 as well. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
