Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored intersection timings and saw that maintenance detection timing plans were in place that called every movement for its max time. Adjusted video vehicle detection and made it more operational. Switched the plans to normal timing plans and saw that adjustments were using appropriate time for all movements. This will now help the intersection to not give time to movements that have no vehicles and give it to the major movements. Will continue to monitor timings to see if adjustments need to be made.
