Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. I checked traffic signal functions through historical timing values, live graphics and Closed Circuit TV. The detection at this intersection appears to be malfunctioning and the intersection is currently running in recall. This signal appears to be working per pre planned timing. The signal is scheduled for a maintenance visit. Monitoring signal operations.
