Class: WORKORDER Created By: Log Type: SCHEDULE_REPAIR Summary: Repaired connection point on fuse holder for b phase wire going to east side contactor Details Moisture and water had penetrated the junction box containing the circuit fuses causing corrosive damage to the fuse screw shell reducing its connectivity. Repair to get the circuit working again, after power was restored to the east side the lighting turned on but only 2 out of the entire run of lights worked. Extensive investigation and repairs will need to further be made at each pole fixture and for the wiring at each poles recessed junction boxes.
