- Respectfully,To Whom It May Concern, There's a pedestrian with a light, small dog seemingly writing his memoirs about his infamous life, while panhandling or perceptively passing illegal drugs. For a while, he was stretched out flat on his rear end at the beginning of the median located at the 6900 Block of Brodie St. The intersection at the location is W William Cannon Road here in Austin Texas. Medians are not designed for prolonged pedestrian use and can pose safety risks due to traffic.
