- I live at the Windsor south Congress apartments and my unit, along with hundreds of others face the new restaurant depot that’s being built (3201 s congress). There has been semis parking over night and staying overnight idling their vehicles all night long. It’s extremely noisy, keeping me awake, freaking my pet out, and it’s been going on for weeks I can’t take it anymore I need to sleep. PLEASE SEND AN OFFICER TO LOOK TONIGHT. The trucks are in the back by the receiving area you can’t miss it
