Leticia Richrdson called and let the citizen know that once the criminal background check is completed HR will reach back out to him. She explained that HR will reach out as soon as the process has been completed. She said you should have received an email from HRD with a (CBI) Criminal background check application. She asked if he had completed. He said he would check his email again. Update by Dawn.
