- Our street, Bill Hughes, received a protective sealcoat on Saturday 8/9. There is excessive loose gravel on the road now. An accident at the S First/Wm Cannon intersection has re-routed traffic to the Bill Hughes/Thelma intersection, and I just watched two cars in a row fishtail and nearly spin out due to the excess gravel. This is a safety matter, especially with school starting next week (Bedicheck MS is on Bill Hughes).
