Description

There is an unbelievable amount of grinding noise coming from the west side of the JW Marriott hotel, just north of 2nd And Congress Avenues. I measured it at way over 100dB. This happens every 3 weeks or so, typically from 10pm-2am from the exact same location. It sounds almost as if someone was excavating but it’s completely constant during those several hours. It’s happening right now and the last time it happened was July 16th.
