- Scooters parked or thrown over in the bike lane should be illegal and easily tracked. There should be a designated parking spot for scooters anywhere there is a bike lane nearby. I saw someone crash their bike because they hit a scooter that was turned over in the bike lane. This person was seriously injured and it happens more often than it should.
