- Wind chimes (now 2 sets) making obnoxious noise right now, 3:21 am, hanging less than 15 feet from our bedroom windows. They are very loud and we can hear them inside of our home with the windows closed during what are currently legal quiet hours when we’re trying to sleep. Homeowner has been asked to take them down during quiet hours but he refuses.
