View Obstruction and Fencing at Intersection

Description

Brush overgrown obstructs visibility for drivers at corner of North Bend and Titian Drive. They were contacted anonymously by mail citing code limiting growth to 3ft last year and made a minimal effort. This year they have made no effort to keep brush or plants trimmed to allow safe visibility. I can not turn safely without pulling into roadway.
