- Description
- For traffic headed west bound at Harris Branch and Howard traffic light, there isn’t a consistent protected left turn (sometimes no left turn at all). This is an intersection w a lot of accidents and drivers are sometimes taking the light on red or taking a turn around in a limited visibility turn around to avoid sitting at the light for 10 minutes during peak travel times.
