Details On 9/23/2025, I visited the commercial stormwater control measure. I found it to be compliant and absent of standing water. Looking at aerial photographs, it appears that an adjoining development has been recently initiated and there are stormwater control aspects present (splitter box, etc.) There is standing water in the basin. The case is Sendero Hills Phase 5 & 6 under Subdivision Plan C8-2019-0166.0B. Please transfer to DSD. .
