After discussing with my supervisor, Shobana Angia, there might a possibility soon for a CIP project to develop in this area and resolve the drainage issues. However, if the CIP project takes longer than expected, this location is a good candidate for an in-house project to resolve/improve the drainage issues affecting this property. In the meantime, a work order was created to clean/clear the existing storm sewer system of any obstructions. Work order #25-213131.
