No Issue Found - Close SR. I met with the requester on-site to conduct an assessment of the condition of a large Live oak tree that had previously suffered a large limb failure due to the 2021 winter storm. The portion of the tree growing toward private property appears to be in good condition and no obvious structural defects were identified. The requester confirmed that she did not want the tree removed or aggressively pruned by the parks and recreation forestry unit. Therefore, no further action will be taken at the moment. The requester was also given information about where to seek qualified arborist contractors if she planned to prune trees within her property.
