- People consistently violate park curfew and cause noise violations that disrupt sleep for surrounding residents. There is also ongoing issues with litter, smoking, open-air drug and alcohol use, dogs off leash, and mentally ill people staying and living in the parking lot for the skate park and Austin Recreation Center, and people doing donuts next to people filming dangerously. There need to be one-way out barriers to block vehicular entrance after hours and need patrols and enforcement.
