Spoke to the City contractor who maintains this site.  The cover of the stilling basin rusted out so could not be put back on.  Directed the contractor to repair the cover and reinstall it. The pond is currently on a list of multiple ponds in the neighborhood to have liners and pumps and panels repaired. .
