Loose Dog

Description

This same dog was out AGAIN. I believe it belongs to 1114 Estes Ave. There was a man out front washing his car that the dog kept returning to. If it is not 1114 then it is one of the houses on either side. PLEASE have animal control do something about these people letting their animals roam the neighborhood. It is unsafe and they antagonize my pets and poop on my property. This is insane I have reported this so many times.
