Description
There is a large pile of cement, which appears to have been a cement bag at one time, but now it’s dried. This cement pile is at the exit of Woodward burleson Todd exit in between the exit and 71 going south.. October 31. It’s caused potential thousands of dollars to my vehicle. My son was driving and if he would’ve hit it straight on it would’ve flipped his car very dangerous surprised it has not been reported and cleaned up yet. I will be filing a claim with the city to try and recover money
