An inspection of Nov 25, 2025, found that work was acceptable and continues to cure as expected. The street was found to have minor spots of loose gravel that was missed by sweepers due to long-term parked cars and low hanging trees. This loose gravel will swept up as soon as cars are moved and trees are trimmed, hopefully within the next two -three weeks. Until then, some of that loose gravel may be tracked out into travel lanes. The sealcoat gravel was not dusty when applied. / /The dust is from dirt and silt tracked onto the street from unpaved driveways, yard landscaping, and site construction activities. This dust was especially noticeable during the very dry months of August, September, October and most of November. Recent rainfall should help reduce this dust problem.  /.
