- Loud noise and music from a “cafe” (outdoor, open air patio in alley) in a residential area. Surrounded by homes and families. Happens every weekend and many, many weeknights. This is a big problem. Why don’t property owners have rights? This property is not zoned for a bar yet they operate as a music vendor and bar at night. I have pleaded with DSD team to help. This is unacceptable. I can hear it INSIDE my house and I am almost a block away and not even on same street as cafe.

Inspection Performed - Close SR. INVESTIGATED COMMUNITY GARDEN FOR OUTDOOR MUSIC VIOLATIONS. TOOK DECIBEL READING FROM THE BACK ALLEY AND WAS COMPLIANT. ASKED EMPLOYEE TO ELIMINATE BASS COMPLETELY AND COMPLIED UPON REQUEST. NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED.
