Traffic Signal - Maintenance

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Investigated 311 and noticed a duplicate issue created at the same time for this intersection. The duplicate reported that the westbound left was getting skipped during the cycle instead of a bulb outage. Used closed circuit television to observe the westbound left turn signal at this intersection. All bulbs are functioning for the westbound left. Monitored intersection through live graphics, historical timing values, and verified that detection was working at the intersection. The traffic signal is working correctly and according to plan. We will continue monitoring signal operations at this intersection and make adjustments as needed. Thank you.
