Inspection Performed - Close SR. INVESTIGATED WILLOW BAR FOR OUTDOOR MUSIC VIOLATIONS. LOCATION WAS WITHIN DECIBEL LIMITS. NO MUSIC WAS OBSERVED ON THE UPSTAIRS PATIO. TALKED TO MANAGEMENT AND WENT OVER EXPECTATIONS. INDOOR MUSIC IS NOT A VIOLATION OF THE 9.2 CITY CODE. PLEASE CONTACT APD FOR INDOOR MUSIC ENFORCEMENT.

Willow bar noise. Willow bar permit requires windows closed 1030pm Sunday. Refusing to comply after talking to manager . From permit: IMPACT ON RESIDENTIAL / ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS First floor is an indoor bar, but requires a permit if the sliding glass windows along West 6th Street are open. The maximum decibel level must be complied with at the curb if the sliding glass windows are open. Cutoff of windows open is 1030
