- I am submitting a complaint regarding the sign at 4110 Felter Ln (PID 295733). As shown in the attached photos, it sits ~1 ft from our property line, blocks visibility, and was recently changed to an illuminated display without the electrical permit required under §25-10-211(C). Additionally, the sign advertises "Divas" which is located at 4134 Felter Ln (PID 295745), making it an off-premise sign prohibited under §25-10-3. Please investigate and provide us with your determination.
