Description

Large pond at Applegate and Newport split across 14 property owners is breeding mosquitoes affecting neighborhood. Stagnant water, no maintenance, no HOA. Multi-owner situation makes private coordination impossible. Request Environmental Vector Control inspect and require owners to treat water with BTI or install aeration, or city treat and bill owners. Public health concern given WNV presence in Austin.
