Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values, closed circuit television, and historical intersection timing report. Near time of complaint, traffic signal interrupted due to rail activity. In accordance to federal guidelines, traffic signal must service specified train procedure in order to ensure safety for surrounding vehicles and rail line. Additional delay may be incurred during train interruption. Signal being monitored to reduce delay as a result of train activity. Signal cycling as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
