Description

There are men using drugs and conducting drug deals at Franklin park. They have been camping at the park and creating an uninviting environment. One of the men has a pitbull unleashed that rushed my family today and scared other neighbors too. We and the city's homeless response team engaged the men, but do not seem interested in resources. They are leaving debris and trash all over the park and building fires. We ask that bathrooms be removed. They are in bad shape and only these men are using.
