Description

There is a dog at 1014 Austin Highlands Blvd. This dog is left outdoors at night, no matter the weather. One neighbor said no water or food out there, another neighbor throws food over the fence. There is yet another neighbor who has offered to take the dog. Owner of home said she doesn’t want it but her grandson does. It’s turning cold, this dog needs shelter.
