- My neighbors that I have a shared driveway with is always blocking the driveway with their cars which causes the mailman to not be able to deliver. I have written them several notes, I have talked to them, the mailman has written them several notes. The mailman says they cannot deliver this way because they are not allowed to back up. I keep not getting mail. I don’t know what to do. They even have open spots in their own driveway to park that wouldn’t cause this issue.
