- Found dog roaming at Lucent Apartments (Tech Ridge) 12201 Dessau Rd Intact male chihuahua, no tags from what I can see, the office has said he’s been wandering around for a couple of days and I saw him limping this morning (not visible in video). Can’t get close enough to catch him even with treats - unable to house him even if I caught him since my dog doesn’t do well with intact males. Complex has sent out notification to all residents about the dog on Monday morning and nobody has res
