Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Spoke with Mr. Standly. Discussed various concerns around the West Gate & Davis intersection. I informed him that since we do not have a camera at this intersection, that I would conduct field observations in January once school is back in session to ensure that all left turns at the intersection have enough split time. Will also evaluate cycle length for all plans. Provided my contact information in the event he has other questions.
