Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. A new vehicle detection system was installed at the intersection that better allocates time for vehicles depending on vehicle demand. Additionally, I looked at timing and I adjusted some northbound time to help out the approach. Will continue to observe to see if any other adjustments can be made.
