Description

I am reporting an ongoing case of animal neglect involving a dog. The dog is consistently left outside without adequate food, water, or shelter, and he is never walked or provided proper care. He appears visibly malnourished and underweight. Given current weather conditions, I am concerned he will not survive the winter. He is debilitated and the neglect appears chronic. I am aware that previous reports have been made with no actions taken by the city. The dog needs an immediate welfare check.
